Absolutely! We offer professional design assistance at a rate of R200 per hour. Please note, the cost can vary depending on the complexity of the design. This service aims to help you refine your ideas into print/embroidery-ready artwork.

All our items are meticulously crafted to order. For custom orders, the usual turnaround time is within 10 to 14 days. Orders from our existing collections are processed a bit faster, typically taking between 7 to 10 days.

We partner with The Courier Guy for reliable and efficient delivery services. Delivery is direct to door and is a flat rate of R105.

Please note that we currently do not offer international shipping or local collection options.
